Due to the One of a Kind nature and originality of our designs, most sales are final.
We only accept returns for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit during shipping.
Every effort is made to pack your purchases carefully & with a maximum of safety, but sometimes, damages occur.
Please take a picture of the box if it arrives damaged and email us right away asimplertime@gmail.com to let us know.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
